Roosevelt Academy Tuition and Fees

Roosevelt Academy helps parents who want to take their children out of the public school system and explore alternative educational placements. We provide families the ability to choose an option that is best for their child, opening many new avenues for their student's future.

At Roosevelt Academy, we are committed to providing an exceptional, individualized education that fosters academic achievement, social growth, and personal development. Our comprehensive support, specialized therapies, and small class sizes ensure that every student receives the tools and guidance they need to thrive in school and beyond.

Our transparent tuition and fee structure reflects the high level of personalized attention, integrated services, and enrichment opportunities that set us apart from traditional schools.

Enrollment & Tuition Fees

 Application Fee: $300 (Non-Refundable) – Due at the time of application submission.

 Enrollment Fees (Due Upon Acceptance):
✔ New Student Enrollment Fee – Covers student onboarding, assessments, and includes an iPad with a protective case and educational apps required for school.
✔ Materials & Supplies Fee – Covers books, classroom resources, and specialized learning materials.
✔ Non-Refundable Tuition Deposit – Applied toward the annual tuition balance.

 Tuition Payment Options:

  • Annual Payment: One-time payment in full.

  • Monthly Payment: 10 equal installments.

Additional Costs (Not Included in Tuition)

While tuition covers core academic instruction, therapies, and specialized programs, certain additional expenses may apply, depending on your child's participation in various activities. These include:

🔹 Field Trip Fees – Costs for experiential learning opportunities beyond the classroom.
🔹 Breakfast & Lunch – Snacks are included, but meals can be purchased separately.
🔹 Aftercare & After-School Programs – Optional extended day programs.
🔹 Extracurricular Activities & Clubs – May have associated fees depending on the program.

Austin Campus (Grades 6-12)

 Annual Tuition: $40,000
New Student Enrollment Fee: $4,000 (One-Time, Non-Refundable)
Materials & Supplies Fee: $950
Application Fee: $300 (Non-Refundable)

Tuition Management Fee: $75

Payment Options:

  • Full Payment (Upfront Discount Available)

  • 10-Month Payment Plan: $4,000/month

Transportation Fees:

  • Local Routes (Austin Metro): $450/month

  • Extended Routes (San Antonio & Waco): $550/month

  • Sibling Discount: 50% off transportation for additional enrolled students

Oklahoma City Campus (K-12)

 Annual Tuition: $28,000
New Student Enrollment Fee: $2,500 (One-Time, Non-Refundable)
Materials & Supplies Fee: $900
Application Fee: $300 (Non-Refundable)

Tuition Management Fee: $75

Payment Options:

  • Full Payment (Upfront Discount Available)

  • 10-Month Payment Plan: $2,800/month

 Transportation Fees:

  • Local Routes: $400/month

  • Sibling Discount: 50% off transportation for additional enrolled students

Financial Assistance & Payment Plans

We understand that investing in your child’s education is a significant decision, and we are committed to helping families explore financial assistance options that may be available.

  • Oklahoma City Families – Eligible students may apply for the Lindsey Nicole Henry (LNH) Scholarship, which can offset tuition costs.

  • Flexible 10-Month Payment Plans – Designed to make tuition more manageable for families.

  • Education Savings Accounts (ESAs) & Other Funding Resources – Our team helps families navigate scholarships, ESAs, and funding opportunities.
